Great food, perfect way to relax after shopping.

Looked at the menu at the front door and saw items that were between 10-18 dollars per meal. I personally disn't feel it looks likw it should be that expensive so i didn't even go in and eat.

Food was ok, service was good, a bit pricy for a salad

Food is great and consistent, ambience is pleasant, service used to be Nordstrom’s. The new chef is rude. He cannot handle talking to people who are unhappy. He does not handle tough situations with the renowned Nordstrom’s care. My mother and I ate there the other day and were brought cold food and juice. We were already through a whole glass of wine. Then it took way to long to get warm broth. I asked for the manager and it was the new head chef who spoke to me and he was defensive. I simply said hey my mom and received our food late we still don’t have our broth. He said yes we’re struggling tonight what else do you want? I was so appalled and felt devestated. The head waitress was so polite and understood our concern and made it up to us with desert. We finally received Nordstrom’s service but I will never forget how that chef made me feel on a day well spent with my mother.

I've visited many times, have eaten quite a few different items on their menu and it's always delicious. The flavors and freshness keep me coming back for more.

Had the flat iron steak and it was delicious....high end quality in a department store? Well it is Norstorm's...seriuosly you won't be disappointed...and the staff there is AWESOME!!!

The food was dry and little flavor cold slaw lacked taste. Won't go back again waste of money.

Feels like it went down hill. Ordered a a shrimp linguini and it was not at all anything special. Tasted mediocre. The only thing that stood out to me from that dish was the shrimp, and that's because I love shrimp. Would not recommend that dish. I would recommend getting something that comes with French frit as they are really good.

First time I have to to a Cafe Bistro and did so on the reviews of a relative. You ordered your food prior to being seated, not what I'm used to and not sure if that's indicative of other cafe bistros. And not sure why you pay for your food prior to receiving it. The food was good and the service was also good.

It's inside the Nordstorm and is meant mostly for shoppers. It's noticeable from far and serves juices and drinks too.

Great food and great service

Absolutely adorable place to eat. You pay at the cashier stand before being seated. The bill also comes afterwards telling you it's been paid in full but just to remind you for tipping purposes. The food is exceptional, beautiful atmosphere, and the service was great. New favorite place to eat!

Service is alright, food is amazing so that is what earns this place 5 stars from me. The Crab Bisque is a favorite of mine.

Used to be fabulous. Lately, it seems like the chefs don't care about the food they serve. Example: my husband ordered the cilantro lime shrimp salad: they put the wrong salad dressing on it. Yesterday I had the Nicoise Salad, it was missing 2 ingredients: red onion and kalamata olives. My husband's streak was med. rare, not medium(and this has happened before), The manager was not there, we observed the cook spending 90% of his time flirting with the waitress. In the past we have experienced great quality and service at Nordstrom's. Lately that hasn't been the case. 🤔
